Where can I find in rush-hours

Choose a fairly crowded Vietnamese restaurant in rush-hours

When you walk in tourist cities like Hanoi, Hochiminh, Hoian, .. It is not too difficult for you where can you  find a Vietnamese restaurant from popular to high-end. Of course, you should also pay a little attention to the crowds of that shop or not. Vietnamese people are quite fussy about food from choosing fresh ingredients, to processing and decorating dishes. And the number of Vietnamese diners also illustrates that. You are a foreigner enjoying Vietnamese food, of course, all dishes are strange and bring a delicious feeling at the beginning. Pho is everywhere delicious, but the taste of pho in a 5-star restaurant is different from a traditional pho shop.

Where can vegan find?

You find a vegetarian restaurant

All restaurants in Vietnam offer vegetarian cuisine, so you don’t have to bother looking for places where can you find vegetarian restaurants. Vietnamese people follow a quite religious diet. Vegetarianism in Vietnam is quite simple. I would like to recommend a few vegetarian dishes: Vegetarian papaya salad with tofu and peanuts Fried tofu with lemongrass and chili Braised mushrooms with vegetarian oyster sauce Stir-fried noodles with vegetables and mushrooms Vegetarian curry with jackfruit Braised jackfruit with soya-bean sauce. Note: tofu is a common food in vegetarian processing in Vietnam. Most foreigners do not like using tofu very much, because of the feeling of eating tasteless. How about you? Please tell us how you feel.

A few notes about spicy and allergy, and very local foods

Eat spicy – Vietnamese people eat quite spicy, but very optional. Where can you choose a good one? Any restaurant would also add a plate of freshly cut chili peppers, pickled chili vinegar; or ground pepper. Some dishes are required to cook spicy to taste, so you should consider when choosing the menu. And you should also remember that spicy food level 1 of Vietnamese, is level 3; 4 with Westerners. Allergies: Be aware with your travel agent about your diet, as well as with your chosen restaurant, as detailed as possible. If you are allergic to seafood, the fish sauce will replace it with another dipping sauce. Or your gluten-free allergy, tour guide or waitress will suggest you other dishes. Shrimp sauce, durian: a few local dishes quite smelly and haunt you throughout the trip, depending on your curiosity and purpose of discovery. In my opinion, I never encourage tourists to experience these foods. You can use YouTube to see the horror of these local foods.
